The last egoistic performance
The Last Egoistic Performance concludes the author’s research project, titled No History / Know History. In (t)his concluding act the author returns to the text and theatre based on drama. With this he concludes the cycle of his 4-year experiment, which was focused on contemporary (postdramatic) theatre, performance and visual art, and to conclude, he returns back to logocentrism. The essence of this concluding chapter is dramatic text (a play), that is produced live during the performance rather than the other way around.

About Author
Mare Bulc je gledališki režiser, performer in multimedijski umetnik iz Ljubljane. Diplomiral je iz komunikologije na Fakulteti za družbene vede in končuje študij gledališke režije na AGRFT. Leta 1994 je bil soustanovitelj Dejmo stisnt teatra z Vrhnike. Deset let kasneje je ustanovil No History – zavod za sodobne umetnosti. Že več let je član mednarodne umetniške mreže SilentCell Network. Je tudi soustanovitelj organizacije P.E.A.C.E. ter soavtor projektov Smetana slovenske sodobne umetnosti in Pretaportret. Zadnja štiri leta se je na gledališkem področju intenzivno ukvarjal s štiriletnim raziskovalnim projektom No History / Know History.
