Mladen Dolar: ON RUMOURS

Two years ago, during the pandemic, one of Europe’s most influential philosophers, Mladen Dolar performed a theatrical essay “Virus”, in which he humorously tackled the most media-hyped virus of our time. Through historical, linguistic and literary wormholes, he offered a fresh perspective on the (co)virus and the situation which we were in, from unprecedented perspectives. Musical, theatrical and grammatical references were ingeniously further illuminated by actor Blaž Šef. Dolar and Šef return to the stage this time with an essay on rumours, gossip and similar matters.
